Avenue des Champs Elysees begins at Place de la Concorde.
The first parts are gardens,
the commercial part of the Avenue starts after
the Rond Point des Champs Elysees / Avenue Montaigne.
The Avenue ends at Place de la Etoile / Place Charles de Gaulle.
The last shop on the right side is the Cartier Boutique on (n° 154).
On the left side the Drugstore Publicis (n° 133).
The Avenue is 1.910 m long and 70 m wide.
The Champs Elysees are located in the 8th District of Paris.
The Avenue was created in 1670 under Queen Marie de Medici.
The street got its present name 1864 March 2.
The Avenue des Champs Elysées is is part of the "Axe historique"
that caracterises the shape of Paris
